Josie Fegan is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in customer operations and software engineering, currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since March 2015. Fegan has held multiple roles within HPE, including Principal Software Engineer and Operations Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing SaaS product operations and developing operational procedures. Prior to HPE, Fegan worked at HP as a Lead Release Coordinator, contributing to the public cloud division, and held engineering roles at Bridges Software, Digital Equipment Company, and MCS Kenny Wood Group. An education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering was obtained from the University of Galway.
