Colin Shine is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing and maintaining microservices and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since August 2023, Colin has previously held significant roles including Principal Engineer at Workhuman and Staff Software Engineer at Rent The Runway, where expertise in Spring Boot and cloud technologies was demonstrated. With a strong foundation in software development from earlier positions at Avaya and HPE, Colin has contributed to various projects involving Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and AWS Kinesis. An educator as well, Colin has experience teaching advanced application development at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Educational background includes a BA in Economics and Computer Studies from University College Cork.
