Susan Ryan is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Hewitt School since January 2018. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Vice President & Deputy Head of Human Resources at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG from 1990 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing the HR team, overseeing health and welfare benefits, implementing compensation strategies, and leading talent management efforts. Susan successfully managed diverse HR initiatives, from annual open enrollment and payroll system implementation to performance appraisal processes, contributing to effective talent management and organizational success. Education was completed at Baruch College.
