Tim Reichmann has extensive work experience in the field of process engineering. Tim started their career at Radium Lampenwerk GmbH as an Industriemechaniker Fachrichtung Geräte- und Feinwerktechnik Ausbilung from September 2012 to January 2016. Tim then worked as a Special machine setter from January 2016 to July 2018 at the same company. Since July 2018, Tim has been employed at HEW-KABEL GmbH, where they have held various roles including Process Engineer, Technical Specialist Process Engineering, Senior Process Engineer, and currently Deputy Head of Process Engineering.

Tim Reichmann attended Bergisches Berufskolleg Wipperfürth und Wermelskirchen from 2012 to 2016. Tim pursued a degree in Industriemechaniker with a specialization in Geräte- und Feinwerktechnik. Following this, from 2017 to 2021, they enrolled at Fachschule für Technik Gummersbach. Tim obtained a degree in Maschinenbautechnik and became a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker.
