William Greene is an accomplished leader in the biotechnology and health sectors, currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Hevolution Foundation, where the focus is on grants and early-stage investments in geroscience and healthspan research. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Fountain Therapeutics, where efforts centered on drug discovery using actionable AI, and Chairman/CEO of Iconic Therapeutics, overseeing the development of therapies for age-related diseases. Greene has also held significant positions with the Global Health Investment Fund as Chairman of the Investment Committee, and as a venture partner at MPM Capital. A co-founder of Pear Therapeutics, Greene has extensive experience in clinical science from their time at Genentech and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco.
