Martina Makovská's work experience includes a role as a Scrum Master at Heureka Group starting in December 2019. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the scrum teams' processes and effectiveness, with a focus on developing a functional autonomous team. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Etnetera from May 2019 to December 2019. Additionally, Martina served as a Traffic Project Manager at ZOOT a.s. from December 2018 to March 2019, followed by a role as Team Lead Manager of Graphic Designers from September 2016 to December 2018. Martina also has experience as a Graphic Retoucher from June 2015 to August 2016.

Martina Makovská pursued their education with dedication, starting in 2009. Martina enrolled at Masaryk University Brno and successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Theory of Interactive Media in 2012. Motivated to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Martina then attended Charles University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Master's Degree in New Media Studies. Martina'seducational journey has equipped their with a strong foundation in the field of interactive media and new media studies.
