Helena Vykoukalova has a diverse work experience in project management and agile roles. Helena started their career at VZP ÄŒR as a Financial Controller, where they gained valuable experience in communication and problem-solving. Helena then worked at KZ trading as a Project Manager, where they led a GDPR project and eventually became an auditor. At BEESLI CZ, s. r. o., they worked as a Product Manager, handling various agile roles and gaining knowledge in online marketing and accounting. Helena then joined U+ Venture Building as a Scrum Master, where they supported and led teams, collaborating with international clients. Currently, they are a Scrum Master at Heureka Group.

Helena Vykoukalova pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. Helena obtained a Bachelor's degree in Demography and Sociology from Charles University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Helena further continued their education at Charles University and earned a Master's degree in Demography from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Helena attended the Technical University of Liberec from 2019 to 2022, focusing on the field of Pedagogy. Additionally, Helena holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification, which they obtained from Scrum.org in June 2022, and a Google Analytics IQ certification earned from Google academy in July 2019. Helena also completed a Change Management Intro course at TAYLLOR & COX in January 2023.
