Ana Crespo Menéndez has a diverse work experience in the field of strategy, market intelligence, and digital marketing. Ana has held various roles at different companies, including Heura Foods, Nestlé, Grupo D.C., Bittia, People for Change Malta, and Diseco.

At Heura Foods, Ana currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Consumer Insights, leading the company's strategic planning and consumer research initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Ana worked at Nestlé as a Market Intelligence Specialist, where they specialized in market research and analysis for various Nestlé categories. Ana was responsible for analyzing market, brand, and competition data using tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, NPD panel data, Euromonitor, Global Data, Mintel, and INE.

Before joining Nestlé, Ana was a Digital Marketing Specialist at Grupo D.C., where they designed and implemented online communication strategies for all the companies within the group.

Ana also had a similar role at Bittia, where they focused on digital marketing strategies.

In 2009, Ana was awarded the Leonardo Da Vinci Grant at People for Change Malta, and earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Trainee at Diseco.

Ana Crespo Menéndez completed their education in the field of marketing and public relations. In 2003 to 2008, they attended the Universidad de Valladolid and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations. In 2009, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Expertise in Protocol, Ceremonial, Heraldry, and Vexillology from the Universidad de Oviedo. Following this, in 2011, they completed a specialization in Community Management in online marketing from Aerco. In 2013 to 2014, Ana pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
