Dick Wu has extensive experience in production engineering, having served as a Production Engineering Manager at Heubach Color Technology since 2006 and held the same title at Heucotech from 2006 onwards. Prior to these roles, Dick Wu worked as a Particle Technologist at Cabot Microelectronics in 2005 and spent 30 years at Rohm and Haas, progressing from Engineer to Research Fellow. Dick Wu earned a degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1970 and 1975.
