Rajae Azaroual is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal consultancy and social justice advocacy, currently serving as Teamcoach and adviseur Cultuur en Leiderschap at Dienst Toeslagen since October 2024. In addition, Azaroual operates Azaroual Consultancy, a freelance role focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, while collaborating with various organizations such as the College voor de Rechten van de Mens and Critical Mass. As a jurist at Bureau Clara Wichmann, Azaroual contributes to advancing women's rights and combating gender discrimination in the Netherlands. Other key roles include serving on the board of the Nationaal Netwerk Inclusieve Zorg and as a supervisory board member at Het Juridisch Loket.
