Trudy van Kampen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviseur at Het Gastenhuis since August 2022, where the focus is on providing a caring environment for individuals with dementia across multiple locations in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Trudy worked as a Loopbaancoach at Bureau Oogst from September 2019 to September 2022, supporting individuals in rediscovering joy in their work after completing a NOBCO-certified coaching program. Trudy's recruitment expertise includes positions such as Corporate Recruiter at Guidion and Tele2 Nederland, as well as Recruitment Consultant roles at WeKnowPeople and H&M. Trudy also gained international experience during travel in South America in late 2016 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by coaching credentials from NONONS.
