Ritse Dortmond is an experienced facilities management professional with expertise in strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Currently serving as Facilitair Manager a.i. at Het Gastenhuis since May 2024, Ritse is engaged in organizing facility processes and policy formulation in response to organizational growth. As the owner of Dortmond Facility en Inkoop since September 2018, Ritse provides solutions for facility-related issues and interim work. Previous roles include Manager Vastgoed & Techniek at CB, where Ritse focused on the optimization of real estate portfolios, and Team Leader at FMHaaglanden, overseeing a team and ensuring efficient operations. Ritse’s background includes project and contract management with significant responsibilities at ProRail, as well as interim management positions in various organizations. Ritse holds a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen and has completed NEVI education.
