Anja Mutsaers is a highly experienced lawyer and partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, specialising in corporate law, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions across various sectors such as technology, infrastructure, energy, banking, and insurance. With a career spanning several decades, Anja has held significant roles including practice partner at Gasunie and multiple supervisory board positions at organizations such as Het Concertgebouw and Stichting Pink Ribbon. Anja's previous experience also includes managerial roles at ExxonMobil and ABN AMRO Bank. Anja's education includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Law School and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Utrecht University, complemented by expertise in mergers and acquisitions and competition law from Grotius and University of Regensburg.
