Irwan Halik is an experienced Senior P&A Engineer currently at Hess Corporation since March 2022, with previous roles at Repsol from January 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included Senior Workover Engineer and Senior Wells Engineer. Prior to Repsol, Irwan worked at Talisman Energy Inc. as a Wells Engineer and held the position of Business Unit Manager for Artificial Lift Systems & Production Optimization at Weatherford. Irwan’s career began at ExxonMobil, serving as a Subsurface Engineer, providing technical support in well servicing operations. Educational background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
