Alexander S. serves as the Brownfield Project Manager and Project Engineer at Hess Corporation since September 2022, managing projects for Gulf of Mexico assets with budgets ranging from $250k to $5MM. Previously, in a role with Western Midstream, Alexander achieved significant operational efficiencies and cost reductions, including an 81% decrease in operational expenditures and a 90% reduction in scope 1 emissions. Alexander also held various engineering positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, GPA Midstream Association, and Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station, focusing on facility optimization and project consultancy. In addition, Alexander contributed to research and development in multiple internships, including MedImmune and Albemarle Corporation, and gained teaching experience as an invited fellow at the Technical University of Denmark. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, along with a diploma from the Technical University of Denmark.
