Theresa Whitworth currently holds dual roles as Team Lead and Deputy Manager at The Hesley Group, a position held since August 2017. In addition to this, Theresa has served as a Qualified Support Worker at Hesley Group since January 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Education Assistant at Keys Child Care from December 2018 to November 2021, focusing on supporting education and positive behavior. Theresa began at Hesley Group as a Support Worker in March 2014, progressing to Senior Support Worker until August 2017. Theresa's educational background includes an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care from City and Guilds (2016-2017) and studies at Barnsley College and Wombwell High School.
