Leon O'Mahoney is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and autism support, currently serving as a Clinical Support Worker at the Hesley Group since June 2015. In this role, Leon combines academic qualifications and practical experience to provide essential support to young individuals with autism and complex needs within a school environment. Prior to this position, Leon worked as a Vocational Practitioner at Options Group from March 2007 to May 2015, where coaching and sporting expertise were used to engage young people in physical activities and mentor staff in behaviour management. Leon’s educational background includes a Master of Research in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Huddersfield.
