Philip Gilbert has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over 30 years. Philip is currently the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at HES Facilities, LLC. Prior to this role, they were the Regional Human Resources Manager at Clarios from 2019 to 2020. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. Before that, they worked at GCA Services Group, Inc. as the Human Resources Director for the Commercial Group from 2011 to 2015, and as the Human Resources Director from 2006 to 2011. Philip started their career at Johnson Controls in 1997 as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, they held various roles at Cone Mills Corporation, including Employment Manager from 1993 to 1997, Assistant Human Resources Manager from 1992 to 1993, and Assistant Personnel Manager from 1990 to 1992. Philip Gilbert also served in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class from 1982 to 1987.

Philip Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 1986 and 1990. Philip later pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at High Point University between 1997 and 1999.
