Matt Sweers is an experienced quality control professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the construction and materials industry. Since March 2019, Matt has held the position of Director of Quality Control at Herzog, and previously served as Corporate Quality Director and Director of Quality Control. Prior to joining Herzog, Matt was with Kiewit from January 2007 to March 2019, where roles included District Quality Manager and Quality Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Crusher Super at Rinker Materials from January 2005 to January 2007. Matt holds an Associate's degree in Architecture from High-Tech Institute-Dallas.
