Katherine Lee Martin currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Hertz, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Katherine worked at Twitter from August 2021 to April 2023 as the Vice President and Chief Counsel, leading the Americas Litigation & Regulatory team as Senior Director, Legal. Before that, Katherine spent over a decade at the United States Attorneys' Offices as a Criminal Supervisor and Assistant United States Attorney from August 2008 to August 2021. Earlier in Katherine's career, a law clerk position was held at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from August 2007 to August 2008. Katherine obtained a JD in Law from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Mary Washington.
