Johanna Norin has a diverse work experience in various companies. Johanna started their career in 2002 at Trollhättan Kommun, where they worked as a Biståndshandläggare and later as a Deputy Manager. In 2004, they joined Volvo Car Group and held multiple positions including HR Administrator, HR Business Partner, Performance Specialist, and Senior Specialist. In 2016, they became an HR Manager at Volvo Bil i Göteborg AB. Johanna then moved to Volvo Car Retail Solutions in 2019, where they worked as a Manager for People Experience. Later in the same year, they joined Hertz Sverige as Chief People Officer and head of Customer Experience, responsible for HR and sustainability. Johanna Norin has a strong passion for culture, leadership, and ensuring the connection between engaged colleagues and satisfied customers.
Johanna Norin obtained a Bachelor's degree in psychology (organization) from University West, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
