Michelle Swann has over 25 years of experience in various roles within technology and administration. Currently serving as the Technology Asset & Licensing Manager at Hertfordshire County Council since December 2001, Michelle has also held positions including Technology Client Services Officer, Senior Technology Policy & Process Officer, ICT Policy & Process Officer, and Information Management Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Contracts Officer at Barnet Lock & Security and as a Security Supervisor at Pavilion Shopping Centre. Early career experience includes roles as an Administrator at the Benefits Agency and a Warehouse Operations Clerk at Tesco PLC. Education was completed at Kingsmead from 1981 to 1986.
