Shauna Stackhouse is an experienced project manager and benefits administration professional with a strong background in human resources and compliance. Currently serving at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since March 2018, Shauna manages various projects related to benefits and leave administration, focusing on regulatory adherence and business process alignment in preparation for the UKG HRIS implementation. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Benefits Services at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Shauna led a full-suite PeopleSoft implementation and managed a team of 16 benefits consultants, and Senior HR Consultant at North Carolina State University, providing benefits consulting and managing leave cases.
