Paul Pruitt has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Paul began their career in 2000 with Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, where they held various roles such as Banquet Manager and Sales Manager. During their time there, they opened three full-service Marriott hotels and took on multiple task force assignments within the portfolio. In 2006, Paul worked as a Group Sales Manager at Columbia Sussex Corp at Phoenix Airport Marriott. Starting in 2014, they ventured into entrepreneurship and owned DISH Restaurants LLC. Paul then joined Hersha Hospitality Management in 2017 as an Assistant General Manager and later became a General Manager in 2020. Paul currently holds this position with the company.
