Lisa Dozier has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Lisa is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at HHM Hotels, specifically at the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown starting from June 2023. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Magna Hospitality Group, L.C. where they held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as a Senior Sales Manager at the Courtyard Washington DC/US Capitol. Lisa also worked as a Sales Manager at Courtyard Alexandria Pentagon South under Hersha Hospitality Management from January 2017 to August 2021. Before that, they served as a Sales Coordinator at Comfort Inn Convention Center/Washington DC of Baywood Hotels from August 2015 to January 2017. Lisa began their career at Davidson Hotels & Resorts where they held multiple roles, including Executive Administrative Assistant/Group Sales Coordinator at Doubletree Bethesda and Front Office Supervisor at the same hotel. Lisa has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Floortime Center and volunteered at the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and A. Dominick Events. Lisa's early experience in the hospitality industry includes serving as a Front Office/Financial Liason at Hilton Silver Spring under Milestone Hospitality Management from October 2006 to December 2008.

Lisa Dozier attended Bowie State University from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Psychology. In 2016, they enrolled in the Penn Foster Group and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2018. In 2009, Lisa attended the US Career Institute, focusing on Meeting and Event Planning. Lastly, in 2022, they pursued further education at the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
