Julianna Oswald currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Operating Advisor at Herself Health, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Julianna was the Senior Vice President of Market Operations for Home Based Medical Care at Optum, overseeing operations across 38 states from August 2022 to November 2023. Julianna also held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief of Market Operations at Prospero Health, responsible for clinical operations across 29 states, and served as President for the East Region. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Home-based Medical Care at naviHealth, Division Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care, and various operational roles at PATH, Kaiser Permanente, and Kearney. Julianna holds an MBA in Healthcare and Operations Management from the University of Michigan and a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
