Casey Osterkamp is an experienced professional in talent consulting and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Project Consultant at 17a since April 2024, and as Chief Operating Officer at Herron Classical Schools. At Herron, Casey directs five work teams to foster a thriving environment for students and staff, while concurrently holding the position of Vice President Operations at Herron High School. Prior experience includes serving as Director for the State of Missouri, where Casey led a significant talent transformation for the state workforce, and as Director at the Assessment Resource Center, managing a team to support various sectors with high-quality evaluation resources. Additional roles include consulting positions at IBM and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, along with service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Casey holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard and a Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
