Shawna Hughes is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Head of Operations at Herrmann since January 2020, where responsibilities include driving the company's vision, growth, and operational structure. Prior to this, Shawna held various roles at HERRMANN INTERNATIONAL, INC., including Operations Project Coordinator from April 2018 to January 2020, and served as Finance Assistant and Accounting Support at Herrmann International, Inc. from December 2012 to May 2018. Shawna also worked as a Certified Health Coach at Enjoy Life! from 2012 to 2014, providing personalized health coaching services. Educational qualifications include Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2011-2012) and an AA in Liberal Arts from Dutchess Community College (1986-1988), along with a high school diploma from Arlington High School (1982-1986).
