Jeff Altheide has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jeff is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at HeroWear, a position they assumed in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of Product Operations from March 2021 to July 2022 at the same company.

Before joining HeroWear, Jeff worked as an Independent Consultant starting from April 2019 until March 2021. During this time, they consulted for Incipio Group and provided expertise in various areas such as quality assurance, product development, compliance, and safety.

Jeff spent a significant portion of their career at Griffin Technology, where they held the position of Senior Director of Product Operations from April 2006 to April 2019. Jeff played a key role in building the Quality & Compliance team and establishing global compliance standards for product quality and certifications. Jeff also served as the General Manager of Product Development, overseeing cross-functional collaboration and implementing a product line management system.

Prior to Griffin Technology, Jeff worked as the General Manager of Dreamhire Pro Audio division at Zomba Recording Corp. from June 1995 to January 2004. In this role, they successfully managed the day-to-day activities of the division, leading to a significant increase in profits. Jeff also designed and built an audio format transfer facility, transforming a loss-making studio into a profitable entity.

Jeff Altheide obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Nashville, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. In 2016, they obtained the certification of CSM - Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
