Brett Burch has worked in the software engineering industry since 2003. Brett began their career at Virtual Horizons, Inc. as a Web Application Developer. Brett then moved on to Hoover's Online as a Senior Developer, followed by Fiserv Portfolio Services as a Software Engineer. In 2007, Burch began working at RegOnline as a Senior Developer and The Active Network as a Software Architect. In 2013, they joined GHX as a Software Engineer and TrainingPeaks as a Senior Software Engineer. Brett then moved up to Engineering Manager, Software Engineer Tech Lead, and Software Developer at TrainingPeaks. In 2019, Burch joined Aspen Skiing Company as a Senior Manager of Digital Technology and Technical Lead of Digital Applications. Most recently, they are a Principal Software Engineer at Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, a position they have held since 2022.

Brett Burch graduated from Miami University in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
