Nick Stevens has worked in the technology industry since 2000. Nick began their career as General Manager at UIS, LLC, then moved to Front Office Team, Inc. in 2005 as Director of Client Services. In this role, they managed a team of support technicians providing IT support to SMB clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2011, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Heroic Technologies, where they help small businesses effectively use technology to automate business processes and remove business barriers. Nick'sservices include network infrastructure design, build and management, mail system deployment and management, custom software/hardware deployment and management, backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation, business continuity planning and implementation, and network, server and workstation security.
Nick Stevens received a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing from San Jose State University between 2002 and 2005. Nick attended De Anza College from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they hold certifications from Passportal as a Certified Passportal Identity Management Administrator and from LabTech Software as a LabTech Certified Professional.
