Sriparna Sarkar currently serves as the Lead ESG at Hero MotoCorp since November 2024. Prior experience includes a Program Manager role at Grameen Foundation India, where Sriparna led a team supporting women-owned enterprises and managed significant financial resources to boost their growth. In previous positions, Sriparna played a key role in transitioning women-owned businesses to the organized sector and enhancing educational initiatives at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University. Additional roles include District Magistrate Fellow at NITI Aayog, Changemaker at 8one Foundation, and Fellow at SBI Youth for India, focusing on the empowerment of grassroots entrepreneurs. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Social Welfare from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Calcutta.
