Vigyat Prajapati has extensive experience in the engineering and development sectors, currently serving as the AGM of Engineering and New Product Development at Hero Motors since March 2010. In this role, Vigyat focuses on introducing innovation and smart factory solutions to enhance quality and productivity while managing supplier selection and project execution. Previously, as a Senior Engineer at Indo Autotech LTD. from March 2007 to February 2010, Vigyat was instrumental in preparing bills of material, ensuring design approvals, and managing quality processes. Earlier experience includes a QA/QC Engineer position at USK Exports Private Limited, where Vigyat performed inspections and managed heat treatment processes.
