Pradip Mukherjee currently serves as Associate Vice President of Purchase and Supply Chain at Hero Motors, overseeing strategic sourcing and supply chain management for four manufacturing plants. Prior experience includes leading business unit purchasing at Schaeffler, focusing on component sourcing for automotive and industrial sectors, and serving as Regional Sourcing Leader for Tyco Security Products, where global sourcing strategies were developed for the India region. Earlier roles included Global Sourcing Leader at Cummins Inc., directing commodity sourcing strategies across multiple countries. Pradip holds an MBA in General Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Calcutta University.
