Chris Lu has over two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director for Hero Group in China since November 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, marketing, and P&L for various product categories, particularly in infant milk formula and jam. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Fonterra from 2002 to 2014, significantly contributing to the establishment and expansion of the infant milk powder business in China, including successful e-commerce strategies. Chris's earlier experience includes roles at Unilever as a Management Trainee, with a focus on supply chain functions and project management. Academic qualifications include an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a B.S. in Chemistry from Fudan University.
