Stephanie Stanley has worked in the design industry since 2012. Her first role was as a Junior Designer for Educational Outreach and Student Services at Arizona State University. In 2013, they took on a Design Intern role at DTE Studio, where they assisted in rebranding the international cosmetic brand Kevin Aucoin and collaborated with the Creative Director on package design, photography and web design. In 2014, they moved to ReflexGroup as a Junior Designer. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Laird + Partners and an Associate Art Director at Bon Appetit. In 2019, they became a Senior Art Director at Freshly and is currently a Senior Art Director at Hero Cosmetics.

Stephanie Stanley attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Design and Visual Communications.
