Shannon Long has significant experience in customer experience and consumer advocacy roles. Shannon is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Hero Bread since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Pendulum Therapeutics from October 2019 to October 2021. Shannon also served as the Director of Global Support at POWr from June 2019 to September 2019. In addition, they worked as the Sr. Manager of Consumer Experience at Habit Inc. from August 2016 to September 2018. Shannon began their career at Plum Inc. in June 2010 as a Consumer Advocacy Manager, where they played a key role in improving the consumer experience through various initiatives such as call center integration and FAQ/consumer communications development.
