Cecilia Enfors Ravelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as CEO and HR & Delivery Manager at HERO since June 2017, Cecilia is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Prior to this, Cecilia worked at Closers as a Recruitment and Consultant Manager from March 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading recruitment projects and maintaining client relationships. Earlier roles included HR Assistant and Group Manager at Bisfront AB, as well as Account Manager positions at Bisfront AB and Towork Sverige AB. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on Sociology from Stockholm University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
