Julia Kersch has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Julia started their career at Ethicon GmbH in 2002, where they pursued a dual study program in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Diplom) at FH Nordakademie. In 2006, they joined PhoneResearch GmbH & Co. KG as a Projektleiterin & Programmiererin.
In 2008, Julia joined Hermes Germany GmbH as a Key Account Manager | Online, and later took on the role of Manager Digitale Services. From 2011 to 2013, they served as Teamleiterin IT-Planung CRM at Hermes Germany GmbH.
In 2013, Julia moved to Hermes Europe, taking on the position of Team Leader Customer Solutions CRM in Corporate IT. From 2014 to 2015, they served as Team Leader Customer Solutions in Corporate IT, and from 2015 to 2018, they held the role of Head of International Business in Corporate IT.
Since 2018, Julia has been with Hermes Germany GmbH again, where they have held several positions. Julia initially served as Head of International Business in Hermes International, before becoming the Head of International IT/CIO in the same company. Currently, they are working as the Head of International Business (IT) in Hermes Germany GmbH, showing their expertise and experience in the IT field.
Julia Kersch obtained a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from NORDAKADEMIE Hochschule der Wirtschaft, graduating in 2006.
