Currently serving as a Co-Founder at Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters, Victor previously held key positions such as Commercial Director at The Real Eating Company and Operations Manager at Real Eating Company. Prior to that, Victor worked at West Cornwall Pasty Co in various management roles and also has engineering experience at Satena.
