Lisa Burke has over 16 years of experience in regulatory compliance and customer service, currently serving as Regulatory Compliance and Export Planner at Hermann Services, Inc. since February 2007. In this role, Lisa resolves consumer inquiries and manages regulatory files. Previously, Lisa worked as CSR/Regulatory/Safety, supporting facility management and updating compliance manuals. Earlier positions include Administrative Assistant in the shipping department at The Children's Place, where Lisa processed international shipments and enhanced shipping accuracy, and Customer Service Account Executive at CEI Distribution, managing forecasts and corporate accounts. Lisa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Phoenix, following a degree in Software Technology from Middlesex College.
