Todd Allen is an experienced banking executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and North Bay Market President at Heritage Bank of Commerce since October 2019. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Executive Vice President and North Bay Market President at Presidio Bank from November 2007 to October 2019. Todd's career in the banking industry also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Greater Bay Bank from 2001 to 2007 and Regional Vice President at Westamerica Bank from 1994 to 2001. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from UNLV Lee Business School, having studied there from 1981 to 1985, and previously attended the University of Missouri-Columbia during 1980 to 1981.
