Johnny Parris has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing engineering roles. Johnny is currently the Director of Operations at Heritage Wire Harness, LLC, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Johnny worked at Federal-Mogul Motorparts as an Operations Manager from March 2017 to January 2022, overseeing a 220,000 sq. ft. facility with a 3-shift operation. Before that, they served as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Federal Mogul from April 2014 to March 2017. Johnny also held similar roles at Federal Mogul in 2014 and at Heil Environmental from August 2012 to April 2014. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in various industries and has a strong background in process improvement and management.

Johnny Parris obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995.
