Sadicka White is a seasoned professional in community and economic development, currently serving as President at Sadicka & Associates, LLC, since 2011, providing tailored advisory services in real estate planning and economic development. In addition, Sadicka White holds the position of Chief of Community Services at the Ohio Development Services Agency, managing significant resources to foster sustainable community growth. Active in various organizations, Sadicka White serves as a member of the International Economic Development Council and the Board of Trustees for the Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation and Heritage Ohio. Previous roles include leadership positions in Gahanna Events, Columbus2020!, and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, with a substantial career in the City of Gahanna's Planning and Development Department. Sadicka White holds a Master’s in Education Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Ohio Northern University.
