Courtney Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Vendor Recruiter and Vendor Manager at Accuserve Solutions since December 2015, Courtney has honed skills in vendor management and recruitment processes. Concurrently, Courtney has been with Heritage Food Service Group, Inc. since April 2012, where responsibilities include assisting customers with order placements, providing quotes, and conducting research on technical aspects of products. Prior roles in customer support involved return processing, invoice corrections, and non-core manufacturer research. Courtney holds two Associate's Degrees in Graphic Design from Purdue University Fort Wayne and Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast, completed between 2014 and 2016, along with prior education at Charter College from 2009 to 2010.
