Tracy Schau MLT has been working in the industry since 1992. Tracy began their career at Valvoline Instant Oil Change as a Service Manager and Area Manager, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit quick lube operation, including store managers' development and employees, as well as the profit plan of the multi-unit quick lube facilities. In 2006, they moved to Valvoline as a Chemical Specialist and Product Specialist, where they were responsible for the development, sales, and training of Valvoline Professional Series service chemicals, as well as the training and maintenance of the equipment, and sales training for customer service and owners/managers of all locations in the St. Louis area. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Heritage Petroleum, LLC as a Senior Regional Sales Manager.

Tracy Schau MLT began their educational journey in 1982, when they graduated from O'Fallon Township High School with a General degree. Tracy then attended USF from 1990 to 1991, and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
