Jessica Burkhouse, LNHA, is an experienced professional in healthcare administration with a focus on nursing home management. Currently serving as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and previously as the Assistant Administrator and Facility Financial Specialist at Heritage Ministries since June 2014, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership and financial management skills. Prior roles include A/R Clerk in medical billing at The Resource Center and Assistant to the Production Director at RHI - Monofrax. Jessica's career began at Weber Knapp, where responsibilities included inventory control and production oversight. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from SUNY Canton and an Associate of Applied Science in Medical Office Technology from Jamestown Community College.
