Lauren Lerch serves as the Practice Manager at Heritage Financial Consultants LLC since January 2014, supporting registered representative Brent Fuchs under Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Caroline County Arts Council (July 2011 - June 2016) and working as an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst for Eastern Shore Emergency Medicine Physicians, LLC (March 2012 - January 2014). Lauren also held the position of Treasurer at the Virginia Gildersleeve International Fund (April 2011 - December 2012) and worked as an Associate in Wealth Advisory, Private Banking, and Commercial Banking at Wilmington Trust FSB / M&T Bank (April 2005 - March 2012). Early career experience includes being an Administrative Assistant at John E. Harms, Jr. & Associates (February 2001 - April 2005). Lauren holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies with a focus on Psychology and Business from Anne Arundel Community College (2004 - 2009) and graduated from North Caroline High School in 1998.
