Grant Anspach has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Heritage Environmental Services since May 2018, where previous roles included Corporate Account Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes a position as a Server at Texas Roadhouse from May 2017 to March 2020, and a role as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington from May 2016 to May 2018, contributing to a research project focused on collective action among immigrant groups in metropolitan areas.
