Gerald Gantt, MBA has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting field. Gerald began their career in 2014 as a Credit Supervisor at Gill Studios, where they led and managed a department of 7 people responsible for cash applications and collections. Gerald also reviewed external credit reports and financial statements on new and existing accounts to determine appropriate credit lines. In 2016, they moved to Vista Outdoor Inc. as a Credit Supervisor, where they managed retail billing and led and managed a department of 16 people responsible for cash applications, charge backs and collections. In 2018, they took on the role of Billing/AR Manager at United Heating Cooling and Plumbing. In this role, they managed the daily operations of commercial billing, developed and standardized written policy documentation related to the credit and customer set up process, interfaced with sales to communicate credit decisions and ensured timely review of new customers, and made credit decisions within assigned authority. In 2019, they held two roles, Senior Credit Analyst at Gill Studios and AR Accountant (Temp) at The Kincaid Group. At Gill Studios, they reviewed external credit reports and financial statements on new and existing accounts to determine appropriate credit line, and collected all outstanding balances for assigned accounts. At The Kincaid Group, they managed daily operations of commercial billing, developed and standardized written policy documentation related to the credit and customer set up process, interfaced with sales to communicate credit decisions and ensured timely review of new customers, and made credit decisions within assigned authority. In 2022, they took on the role of Accounting Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Finally, in 2023, they began their current role as Patient Services Manager at Heritage Biologics, where they verify payments received, processes claims against billing and industry standards and regulations, and researches and completes all denials, resubmissions, and adjustments.

Gerald Gantt obtained their MBA from Baker University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors in Public Administration from The University of Kansas between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they hold a certification in Microsoft Excel.
